TESTED AND FOUND TO BE EXCELLENT
All our pumps undergo a complex test procedure. One of our field test partners specialises in recycling salts and aluminium residues from the aluminium secondary industry. Under extreme conditions, the STÜBBE X‑CLASS pump can pump a suspension with a solids content of 400 g/l, operating 24/7. After 15 months of uninterrupted operation, the STÜBBE X‑CLASS test pump was examined. The result: There was very little wear on the pump casing or the slidering seal despite the extreme conditions. In particular, there was almost no wear at all on the impeller.
STRONG & RELIABLE
Our customer HYET Sweet S.A.S. in France uses High Intense Sweeteners, such as Aspartam, in its production processes. The medium causes the mechanical seal to become very sticky and therefore needs to be flushed at regular intervals. However, due to the fact that no flushing water may enter the medium for procedural reasons, the STÜBBE X‑CLASS type NXHE 125‑80‑200 with the proven double-action mechanical seal of type UV2 was used for this complex application. The result: In addition to the safety and reliability of the new STÜBBE X‑CLASS, the customer is also extremely pleased with the professional support they received for these kinds of complex applications.
